Studies developments of new materials and methods and their impact on design and construction. Mechanical Engineer Plans, designs and oversees the development, installation, operation and maintenance of machinery. They conduct research to solve practical engineering problems and improve efficiency. Geotechnical Engineer and Contamination Assessment report Samples and determines soil type to assist structural engineer and landscape architect. Quantity Surveyor Prepares cost estimates and plans, audits projects, manages construction costs and administers construction contracts for all levels and types of construction. Surveyor Assembles and assesses land and geographic information which is used for planning and regulation of the land, the sea and related structures.
