2.Brief surveyor, order survey and review survey prior to releasing payment
  
3.Obtain brief from client
  
4. Instruct and coordinate other consultants as required by council for DA submission
  
5.Where required site measure existing structures or relevant site features
  
6.Photograph site and streetscape
  
7.Review council DCP and LEP’s
  
9.Obtain sewer diagram
  
10.Provide initial design for discussion
  
11.Obtain feedback from client and amend design (max four draft issues)
  
12.Prepare council DA submission as per council checklist for DA submission
  
13.Attend council and submit DA application
