In addition to the assistance you will receive from The Site Foreman, we understand that a project like yours also requires a little more “tender, love and care” when it comes to choosing the final finishes for your project to achieve the dream finish you require.

We work with you and/or your partner and assist in choosing and ordering your “fit-out” items such as, bathroom ware, kitchens, appliances, tiles, timber flooring, air conditioning etc.

Most importantly we assist in helping you stay within the budget allocated to each item in your “fit-out” allowance which makes up part of the “Fixed Price” building contract.

House to Home Finishes Pty Limited have an ongoing arrangement with a panel of suppliers who provide our clients with a trade and most times less than trade price, leaving out all the unnecessary sales commissions and overheads that are charged at general retailers and most importantly, without compromising the quality of the product or service, rather guaranteeing a higher quality product, exceptional customer service and ON TIME delivery!

Our suppliers are all experienced and knowledgeable in their own field and will provide you with all the advice and information on the product as well as comparisons between items offering you the same quality and service you would expect from any other retailer.

Once all the items have been chosen, we then prepare a list of detailed specifications outlining what you have chosen, where and how it will be fitted along with any special requests. This information is then forwarded to your Project Manager and/or the builder to assist in the co-ordination of your items in the day to day progress of the job.

The great advantage of this is that we ensure on time delivery so there are no delays in completing works as per the agreed completion date.
