Through our involvement in the building industry for over (20) years, we have developed a selection of “proven suppliers” who offer products at trade and wholesale prices to our clients.

Initial Consultation

Initial Consultation will be required to discuss your plans, requirements, likes and dislikes with assistance in any bathroom and kitchen design changes as required.

Project Managements Clients

In addition to the service you will receive from 'House to Home Finishes' you will also be offered the opportunity to meet with our expert Colour Consultant to assist in this area. The service is provided to you complimentary for those clients who are undertaking project management. If you are not undertaking project management, this service can also be offered to you for a minimum fee.

Shopping

The client has an option of meeting with us at our selected supplier or meeting us at our office and being “chauffeured” to the destination. On arrival we are greeted and introduced to our dedicated representative to further discuss your requirements over some refreshments.

Once we have decided on your preferences with our expert advise, we will begin the selection process of each and every item along with the pros and cons required to assist you in making your final decision. This process is repeated until all your selections have been made, i.e. vanities, toilet suites, appliances, tiles etc.

We have a number of ways in assisting you in the decision making process. One example would be stone for bench tops where a number of samples can be provided for the client to use in their everyday living environment to help them with a better informed decision on the quality and wear and tear of that particular product.

Once we have obtained the quotations and samples for all the items we will be assisting you with, we would arrange for a convenient time to meet at our offices to thoroughly review and discuss along with your selected colour pallette, drawings and samples to help you visualize the finished product.

Practicality & Functionality

In addition to ensuring that you select a great quality product at a competitive price, you can be rest assured that one of the most significant parts of our role as your personalised consultant is to ensure that the products and items you are selecting are “Practical and Functional”!

Specifications

On acceptance of the items selected, our team will spend some time in preparing a set of detailed specifications & drawings to assist the builder with where and how each item is to be fitted to ensure all your requirements have been accurately explained.

This allows the client to review drawings with the selected items allowing one final opportunity to review the overall design prior to ordering the product.

In addition to these documents, we also take the time to do an official “handover” of all your specifications with the builder and your Project manager either onsite or at our offices.

This process ensures no room for error by the builder as these documents then form part of the building contract!

You Time

From this point forward 'House to Home Finishes' in conjunction with the selected suppliers, The Site Foreman and the Builder, we co-ordinate the delivery and installation of all your finishes with the continuing progress of your job.
